As part of the Consumer Banking Group’s gold loan business, you will be responsible for sourcing and growing the gold-loan portfolio, enhancing customer experience, and driving product penetration in your designated branch/territory.
Source new customers for Gold Loans through field visits, walk-ins & referrals Explain product features, interest rates & repayment terms clearly Achieve monthly targets for loan volume & customer acquisition Maintain good customer relations for renewals & cross-selling Ensure compliance with bank policies and gold loan norms
Graduate with minimum 6 months of BFSI or loan sales experience Strong communication & field sales skills Knowledge of gold loan process preferred Age: 21–32 years
