Job Description

Responsible for sourcing and processing Home Loan applications through open market, references, and branch leads. Ensure smooth disbursal, proper documentation, and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new customers for Home Loans through field visits, references, and tie-ups Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets Maintain strong customer relationships for renewals and referrals Ensure compliance with bank policies and guidelines

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred) 0-2 years of BFSI / Home loan / LAP sales experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work on field
