Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions (sourcing to onboarding). Understand hiring needs and coordinate with department heads/managers to define role requirements. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates. Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication. Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment reports. Negotiate salary offers and prepare offer letters. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements. Promote company culture and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role. Hands-on experience with recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws will be an added advantage.
