Job Description

Handle outbound customer calls, explain financial products and services, generate leads, follow up with customers, maintain call quality and productivity, update CRM records, and achieve daily/monthly targets while ensuring excellent customer service. HDB has hired Senior Telecalling Officers for lending and collections processes across locations.

Responsibilities:

Handle outbound customer calls and explain financial products.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Update customer details in CRM.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain call quality.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional language
Basic computer knowledge
Target-oriented with customer handling skills
Immediate joiners preferred
