DBS Bank is hiring Sales Officers – Home Loans to drive retail mortgage business across South India. The role involves sourcing home loan customers, building channel partnerships, and achieving monthly disbursement targets while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
Source Home Loan business through DSA, builders, connectors, referrals, and open market
Acquire new customers for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Products
Conduct customer meetings, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Legal teams for timely loan processing
Ensure complete and accurate documentation as per bank guidelines
Achieve assigned monthly sourcing and disbursement targets
Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, real estate brokers
Ensure process adherence, KYC compliance, and audit readiness
Track leads and update CRM / internal systems regularly
Education: Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with strong sales experience may be considered)
Experience:
1 to 5 years of experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / LAP sales
Experience from Bank / NBFC / HFC / DSA background preferred
Age Limit: 21 – 35 years (flexible based on experience)
