Mahindra Home Finance is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager (Loan Against Property) to lead the LAP business at the branch level. The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the sales team, developing channel partners, and ensuring achievement of branch sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
Drive Loan Against Property (LAP) business through Direct Sales, DST, DSA, Connector, and Open Market channels.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch business targets.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage the Branch Sales Team to maximize productivity.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, builders, connectors, and channel partners.
Generate quality leads through market visits, customer references, and networking activities.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline management, and lead conversion.
Ensure timely login of customer files and coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in Mortgage, LAP, Home Loan, or Secured Lending Sales.
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Strong understanding of LAP products, credit processes, and market dynamics.
Experience in handling DSA/DST channels and open market sourcing.
