We are hiring energetic graduates to join our Bancassurance team.
The selected candidates will be posted in HDFC Bank branches to promote and sell ABSLI insurance products to the bank’s customers.
Build strong relationships with HDFC Bank branch staff and customers.
Drive sales of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Achieve assigned sales & business development targets.
Provide excellent after-sales service and resolve customer queries.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
Graduate / Post Graduate (any discipline).
0–3 years of sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
